The provider of products and services sold in this online store is Moskosel Adventures, (556775-1952), and these terms and conditions apply to the offering of products and services.
Terms of Service
Sisäänkirjautuminen klo 13 eteenpäin ja uloskirjautuminen klo 12 mennessä.

Moskosel Adventures ei vastaa majoittujan majoituskohteeseen tai yleisiin tiloihin jätetyistä tavaroista tai muusta irtaimesta omaisuudesta osaksikaan
Customer Responsibility
Majoittujalla on velvollisuus huolehtia, että
– Majoituskohde ja yhteiset tilat säilyvät siisteinä ja viihtyisinä,
– jätteet viedään säännöllisesti jäteastiaan ja lajitellaan, mikäli majoituskohteessa ja sen kiinteistöllä on jätteenlajittelu,
– valot ja sähkölaitteet sammutetaan sekä kaikki vesihanat ja -liitännät suljetaan aina majoituskohteesta poistuttaessa ja majoittujan nukkuessa,
– ovet lukitaan ja ikkunat suljetaan aina majoituskohteesta poistuttaessa,
– yhteisien tilojen ja asuntojen ovet lukitaan ja ikkunat pidetään kiinni aina kun se on mahdollista,
– ovikoodit eivät milloinkaan joudu ulkopuolisten tietoon tai haltuun,
– majoituskohteessa ei tehdä muutostöitä.
Mikäli majoituskohteen tilat eivät ole majoitusajan päättyessä vastaavassa kunnossa kuin majoitusajan alkaessa eikä asiakas ole tehnyt sopimusta loppusiivouksesta, Moskosel Adventures perii asiakkaalta siivouksesta aiheutuneet kustannukset täysimääräisesti.
The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer to the seller or third parties.
Cancellation and Modification
Varauksen peruutus on mahdollinen 50% peruutuskuluilla koko varauksen arvosta viimeistään 30 vuorokautta ennen saapumispäivää. Peruutuskulut myöhemmin tehtyihin peruutuksiin sekä saapumatta jätettyihin varauksiin on 100% varauksen arvosta.

Force Majeure
Moskosel Adventures shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond Moskosel Adventures's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which Moskosel Adventures could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.
